FirstNation Frequent Flyer Programme

The Green Club is the electronic loyalty programme of FirstNation Airways. It is designed to reward you each time you fly. It gives you the opportunity to exchange the miles you earn for tickets, upgrades and leisure packages.

How It Works

You go higher as you travel!
 
There are 3 Green club membership levels, starting with green, then moving up to two levels of Silver, and Gold . Each level offers its own benefits and privileges, as well as more advantages as you go higher from one level to the other. These level miles are valid till the 31st December each year and is reset every 1st of January to either a downgrade or could maintain the level for the next year.

Green Awards: Here the miles you earn when you travel can add up to offers such as award tickets, leisure packages at hotels and car rentals services. You can also get this award whenever you use our non airline services partners. This award is valid for life but you must make a trip every 18months.
 
Green Corporate card: These are cards that enable corporate organization and its employees to earn bonus and points for awards on every business trip they make. This card would enable you manage your business budget easily and gain rewards in the process as you book and pay for flights.

Terms & Conditions

1. GENERALS

1.1 Green club is the electronic loyalty programme of FirstNation Airways. It is design to reward you each time you fly. Earning miles in any of our qualifying classes [S,J,D,C] will get you to qualify as green member, then a silver member , a gold member and ultimately a Platinum member.

1.2 In these terms ‘we’ means FirstNation, ‘you’ refers to members of the programme, ‘participating partners’ include Firstnations and other companies through which you can earn and /or spend miles. Awards providers include firstnation and other participating partners offering awards in exchange for miles.

1.3 Please note that FirstNation reserves the right to revise or change the rules relating to earning and redemption of mileage and termination of membership account at any time without prior notice. These amendments to the terms and conditions are updated on the website and it’s your responsibility to periodically visit the website for updates.

1.4 Flights rewards do not include any applicable airport, security, or other taxes, charges or surcharge imposed by any government or other authorities all of which are your responsibility. The level of such taxes, charges and surcharges is beyond our control and may be charged without prior notice. You must pay such taxes prior to departure.

1.5 Firstnation reserves the right to audit a member account and records without notice to the member to check for compliance with these terms and conditions.

2. MEMBERSHIP

2.1 The Green club is open for membership from ages eighteen years. You are not allowed to transfer or assign your membership to any other individual. Corporations and business entities are not eligible to be members. We reserve right to terminate your membership in event of any breach by you of the membership terms and conditions.

2.2 To apply for membership an individual must complete an application form. Membership application must state the applicants full name, date of birth and preferred mailing address. We will notify you that your application for membership has been accepted by assigning you an account and identification membership number and will be provided with a card.

2.3. It is your responsibility to ensure that you take appropriate care of these details to prevent unauthorized persons from accessing your account.

2.4. Multiple memberships not permitted and each member must maintain only one account. In the case of duplicate of membership all membership other than the first membership approved by FirstNation will be cancelled as well as any duplicate mileage.

2.5 Membership is offered at the discretion of FirstNation and FirstNation may refuse membership to any applicant.

2.6 Each member must notify FirstNation of any change of name or preferred mailing address. FirstNation would not be responsible for late, lost or misdirected mail.

2.7 To cancel your membership of flying Green club, please call the flying Green customer service helpdesk.

2.8. Upon the death of a member, mileage and points accumulated but unused at the time of death shall be cancelled.

3. USE OF CARD

3.1 Applicants accepted for membership may receive a card. This must be signed immediately on receipt and this card will be valid until the expiry date shown on it.

3.2. Only the member name on the card may use or quote the membership number. Cards are not transferable in any circumstances.

3.3. The membership card remains the property of FirstNation and must be returned to FirstNation on demand.

3.4. As a member you must produce the card at anytime while travelling or otherwise [utilizing any services at the request of FirstNation or our service partners]

4. EARNING MILES

4.1 Only individuals members are eligible to earn mileage and each member must quote their name and membership number at  the time of booking and when using FirstNation or service partners.

4.2 Members are not entitled to mileage if the name given when booking does not match exactly the name on their card or if they have given incomplete information when booking.

4.3 Points and Award Travel have no cash value and may not be redeemed for cash.

4.4 Except to the extent permitted through FirstNation, Points or Award Travel may not be sold, bartered, or otherwise exchanged for value. Any Points or Award Travel that are/is purchased, sold, bartered, or otherwise exchanged for value are/is void. Violators (including any Member who uses a purchased or bartered award) may be liable for damages and litigation costs, including the actual cost of travel and/or FirstNation’s attorneys' fees incurred in enforcing this rule.

4.5 Details of FirstNation mileage earned would be displayed in your account within 7days of travel and any partner credits should be displayed within 60 days.

5.Flights Eligible for Mileage

5.1 Mileage can only be earned for travel on eligible sectors in eligible booking classes on FirstNation flights. Details of applicable eligible booking class and sectors on FirstNation are displayed on our website. www.flyfirstnation.com.

5.2 FirstNation reserve the right to from time to time determine the criteria for earning mileage which may include eligible sectors, regions, cabin classes, booking classes.

5.3. Mileage cannot be earned from free tickets, agency discount tickets, industry discount tickets and airline employee discount tickets. Infant fares are not eligible for mileage points.

5.4 Miles and awards will be issued only for flights actually flown by member not third party and base on class of ticket you have paid for and not upgrades.

5.5 In case of dispute about entitlement to mileage points FirstNation may require proof of travel on the relevant sector including retained segment of the boarding pass and passenger receipts for the sector claimed to have flown. Claims should be lodged within 6months of the date of travel.

6. REDEEM GREEN CLUB MILES

6.1 The Green Club programme offers you unmatched opportunities to redeem air miles for award tickets, on the vast route network of FirstNation Airways. You can redeem miles as soon as you "Activate" your account by taking a flight (in any revenue fare) after your enrollment date. Airmiles can be redeemed for Awards on FirstNation Airways as follows;

6.2 In all FirstNation Airways Sales outlets as stated on the website. Please carry your membership card for verification and specify if you would like to book an award ticket. On verification of your membership card an award ticket shall be issued by FirstNation Airways and all applicable taxes and surcharges shall be borne by you.

6.3 After completion of Green Club Award request form, for quick response to your request, please call FirstNation Airways contact center on 01-2702700-2 or email: This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.. After your membership status has been verified, the award tickets may be issued and emailed to the email address registered in your membership account. (You can add an email address in your membership account by logging on your account and clicking the update profile tab).

6.4 Green Club members can visit FirstNation Airways public website (www.flyfirstnation.com) to check for accrued mileage balance by inputting membership details.

6.5 Award tickets may be subject to other applicable charges, and the person utilizing the award is responsible for the payment of any such items that may apply..

6.6 After an award ticket is issued, a service charge may be imposed for each change requested by the member that necessitates the reissuance of the ticket.

6.7 Mileage is deducted at the time an award reservation is made and an electronic award ticket issued. Any applicable taxes, fees or costs will be collected at time of ticketing.

6.8 Mileage has no cash value and is not refundable. Service fees will apply to replace, extend, or exchange award tickets, and to redeposit Airmiles into the member's account. All service fees are nonrefundable.

6.9 All awards including flight ticket are subject to availability. Travel on award tickets will be subject to the tariff, contract of carriage, ticket terms and conditions. Green Club members whose itineraries are interrupted due to irregular operations while traveling on a mileage plan award ticket can be rerouted by the FirstNation Airways.

6.10 FirstNation Airways reserves the right to audit a member’s account and records without notice to the member to check for compliance with these terms and condition.

It would take about 7days for the point you just earned to reflect in your account.
 
HOW MUCH MILES DO I NEED TO EARN TO QUALIFY ME FOR A REWARD OF A FLIGHT?
You need to have 30000 miles to qualify for award of a free flight.
 
WHAT HAPPENS TO MY LEVEL WHEN I DON’T FLY ENOUGH?
You need to earn enough miles by flying to maintain your level. Once you fail to do this, you will be downgraded to a lower level.

As a registered member of the Green Club, you can earn the First Nation miles anytime you fly. For every class of ticket flown the individual is entitled to points that enables you earn air miles.
